Receptionist and Client Advisor - Head Office, Waterloo, Sydney

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Receptionist and Client Advisor at our Waterloo, head office. As the Receptionist and Client Advisor, you will be responsible for the office front of house as well as support CAMILLA AND MARC online and in-store customers end-to-end by delivering an exceptional and seamless omnichannel experience. You will assist with customer enquiries through virtual styling, email, chat and phone and manage VIP client communications and client outreach. The Receptionist and Client Advisor will also act as a key contact for stores, store fulfillment teams and the warehouse, providing support with fulfillment operations.
