Order Processing
Our dispatch team operates between business hours Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note, there may be a 2 -3 day dispatch delay during promotional periods. Delivery timeframes may also be impacted due to the increased volumes and/or delays within the network.
DUTIES & TAXES ARE INCLUDED IN ALL PRODUCT PRICES
The final price in checkout is inclusive of all duties and taxes.
Online Change Of Mind Returns Policy
We offer change of mind returns on eligible full-priced products subject to the following conditions:
- For online purchases, the garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
- Garments were full price when purchased (i.e. not marked down or marked ‘final sale’).
- Garments are full priced at the time of return.
- Shoes: Please try on all footwear on a carpeted surface before general wear. Returns of footwear will not be accepted if the product has scuff marks or the original shoe box is damaged.

Once approved, we will send you an email to finalise your return with the return shipping label.
Refunds
Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments, e.g. Afterpay account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee). $10 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the return shipping label.
Credit Notes
Credit notes are vaild for 1 year from the date of issue. Credit notes can be used online or in any standalone CAMILLA AND MARC boutique. Credit notes cannot be transferred for cash or used to buy gift cards.
Cancellations
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please note orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. During promotional periods we can't cancel orders due to the volume of orders.
Sale Items
All marked down or sale items are 'final sale' by default. These items are priced to clear and are not eligible for change of mind returns, in line with our store policy. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected, CAMILLA AND MARC will offer to repair, replace, or refund the value paid for the item.
Faulty Items
We are committed to honouring our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Colours
CAMILLA AND MARC have made every effort to correctly display the colours of our products on our eBoutique. However, due to the fact that we use flash photography, as well as the inevitable variances between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your device will display a colour which is completely accurate.
